Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact info@ilanascreativeco.com to initiate the return process. 

Items eligible for returns must be;

• Received within 7 days of requesting returns. 
• In original packing, not damaged or used.
• Final sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return.
• The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees associated with the return.

Please note all Apparel and Promo Items such as Gift Boxes / Code Pink items are not eligible for returns as these are made to order items.
